BirdLife Norge avdeling Vestfold
The association is affiliated with BirdLife Norway which is a nationwide organization for all bird enthusiasts.

The purpose of the association and its main tasks are:
- to protect nature and in particular the bird fauna
- to be a link between the county's bird enthusiasts
- to stimulate interest in birdlife by arranging meetings, courses and excursions
